Application Instructions:
Equipment:
Apply Spray-Plast with an airless spray machine equipped with a
.623 spray tip, Use, as a minimum, 3/8" I.D. material line.
Material pressure should be limited to 3000 psig at the machine.
Use a respirator approved by U.S. Bureau of Mines.Clean tools, equipment,
and skin with soapy water and rinse.
Coverage:
Coverage will vary according to surface porosity, and equipment.
Average Coverage: 100 - 115 sq.ft./gal.
Mixing and Cleaning:
Stir material thoroughly.
Do Not Thin Product. Thinning depletes the hardness and coverage
qualities of the product & nullifies the warranty.Surface Preparation
Surfaces shall be clean, dry, and free of grease, wax, dust, concrete
releasing agents, and gloss prior to Spray-Plast application.
I .Drywall: Treat all joints and nail heads with
Tool World Joint Compound as per instructions. Assure that all
surfaces, including joints and nail heads, are dry prior to Spray-
Plast application.
2. Concrete and Masonry: Caulk and buff surface. Allow new concrete
to cure 28 days. Prime rust areas with a rust-inhibiting primer.
